The first time I came here it was a great experience overall. I was taken back quickly, my hair stylist Naomi was fantastic and my hair looked great. The second time I came in, Naomi came up to me to see if I was okay waiting 10 minutes. I said of course proceeded to wait 20 before being taken back to shampoo. I sat at the shampoo bowls for 10 minutes while the one shampoo girl told me that she was going to wash someone else’s hair who had come in after me first. My hair already takes 1.5 hrs to blow out so waiting there doing nothing for my appt to begin for 30 minutes is crazy to me. I didn’t get let know or a phone call or anything that she was running behind. After addressing my concerns to the front desk they did nothing but blankly stare at me. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because Naomi does a beautiful blowdry and it’s unfortunate that I won’t be coming back to see her.

This was my first time at the salon and my first time seeing kayla. Everyone there was very accommodating, asking if I needed anything to drink or eat. Kayla spoke with me for a good 15 minutes going over my hair and what my expectations were.I told her my hair was a little bit mousy and I needed some highlights.After a fifteen minute discussion she started on the highlights with much precision. She did recommend.I also get a gloss placed on because of my ends being a little brassy which I agreed. So I received a partial highlight and a gloss. Apparently there is a drying station....(new to me)So if you do not want to pay for your hair to be dried, you can dry it on your own or leave wet.I did elect to dry it on my own to keep the cost down. I am very pleased with the color.. it blended very nicely. Very natural looking.and I hope Kayla jotted down the formula for my next visit. Thank you Kayla.....I'm ready for Spring..... I have been going to Taire for several years. The staff is great and always so welcoming! I see Brett for haircuts and Brazilian Blowouts. My hair is naturally curly and in the summer it is especially unruly and frizzy. The Brazilian Blowout leaves my hair smooth and frizz-free, cutting my style time in half. The treatment lasts me about 3-4 months. Cannot recommend this treatment and salon enough!

It was first time at the salon and everyone was so welcoming. The space itself is open and airy but intimate at the same time and so so clean! I was lucky to squeeze in an appt for a blow out with Naomi on a very busy Saturday. I have long, thick, curly hair. Naomi navigated it like it was breeze ( which it is not- picture a lions mane). I wanted to thank Naomi who did my color correction and Sue who helped out, one of the two most sweetest people I've ever met who worked on my hair. Highly dissatisfied with not only my hair not looking anything like the picture I provided but disappointed in the way the highlights were applied. If you want your highlights to look blotchy and like they grew out your head in certain spots of your head while missing highlights on the top of your head this is the place to go! I came in asking for a balayage and got highlights. It is what it is at that point but at least make the highlights look professional. My little cousin who is 11 could have done a better job getting close to the scalp. Another thing, if you are looking to go platinum blonde you might be coming back to this place maybe 5 times in order for them to go a shade lighter. If you want to spend a lot of money coming back just to go platinum blonde (even in highlights or balayage) this place will take your money don’t worry. To top it off after they try to fix my hair, once I noticed the horrible highlight job, they expect you to blow dry your own hair and style it yourself too see if the job is done correctly after spending $200 on a botched experience. By far the craziest hair experience of my life. Never again for myself, but if your up for the ride by all means this place is for you.I should have listened to my family members from the beginning and went elsewhere.

The best thing I did on a freezing snowy evening! I always look forward to my color and cut! Suzanne is terrific and I love how she adds a bit of depth with lowlights and it brightens up my lighter pieces.
