Josephine Garrett
Josephine Garrett graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2011. She holds a master colorist certification with L’Oreal Professionnel and educates across the state for a well known hair/skin care product company. She enjoys continuing her education with classes facilitated by top artists like Sam Villa, Philip Rosado, Anthony Edge, and many more. Josephine has a passion for truly understanding her client’s needs and helping them solve any and all hair problems! She specializes in color, cuts, styling, make-up, and waxing. She is also Brazilian Blowout certified.
